Subscription Terms
Solstice is designed as a daily ritual. Our subscription offering is intended to help customers maintain a consistent delivery schedule.
By purchasing a subscription from Maison Brews, you agree to the following subscription terms.
Subscription Offering
- Subscriptions are available exclusively for the Solstice 3-Pack bundle.
- Standard 3-Pack Price: $80
- Subscription Price: $72 (10% off)
- Shipping: $10 per delivery
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize Maison Brews to automatically charge your payment method $72 plus $10 shipping at the start of each billing cycle, unless your pricing or shipping terms are otherwise updated and communicated to you in advance.
Shipping Policy
Each subscription order is processed and shipped at the beginning of the billing cycle. Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping carrier, and operational volume.
Maison Brews is not responsible for delays that occur after an order has been transferred to the carrier, although we will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist with shipment issues when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time after the first delivery has been completed.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
Subscription Modifications
Customers may pause, skip, or modify an active subscription at any time through their account, where available, or by contacting Maison Brews directly.
Refunds
Due to the nature of consumable goods, all subscription orders are final once processed.
Maison Brews does not offer refunds on recurring subscription charges after an order has shipped. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment attempt fails, Maison Brews may retry the charge using the payment method on file. Continued failed payment attempts may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription.
